The BSc in Healthcare Management is an ideal entry route for those being interested in a sector, whose future demands and needs are beyond doubt. While many industries and sectors will be subject to a number of radical changes, the demand for highly qualified staff in social care institutions, nursing homes, hospitals, and other healthcare organisations will remain very high. Technological advances will support the management of healthcare organisations, but technology needs human management and control.
In the wider holistic perspective, which all programmes of studies of the EurAka University are adopting, the BSc in Healthcare Management focuses on five pillars:
Human interaction across functions
Ethics, moral, and corporate responsibilities
Students are learning about explaining theories, to use supporting frameworks, but as well to apply and implement such theory advantageously in healthcare contexts. To extend the course's practice-orientation and to offer international employment opportunities - the concept of Employability Impact - the BSC in Healthcare Management is designed as four-year study programme:
Three years of physical studies
One year of internship
This structure and themodules' content assure that graduates are valuable contributors to their future employers' performance.
